Chief Executive Officer

Neal Schore has over 25 years of media experience as a principal and operating executive and is the founding President and CEO of Triton Digital. Previously, Schore served as Managing Partner and CEO of Midway Marketing Group, LLC, a media advisory firm servicing the private equity community to build, expand, finance and manage media operations throughout the United States. Schore was also the founding President of Brite Media Group, among other entrepreneurial executive positions and is a member of the LA chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). Schore resides with his wife and three sons in the suburbs of Los Angeles, California.

Mark Rosenbaum is a highly regarded financial and business executive with over twenty-four years of business and corporate finance experience, which has allowed him to gain expertise in all phases of company development. Prior to joining Triton Media Group in October 2011, Rosenbaum served as Chief Financial Officer at MySpace where he oversaw all finance and accounting operations. Before working at MySpace, Rosenbaum held c-level and senior management positions at several other companies, including Walt Disney Company, Twentieth Century Fox, SmartJog S.A., and Gemstar-TV Guide. Rosenbaum also served as a consultant to MGM. Rosenbaum holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from UC San Diego and received his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

As President of Market Development at Triton Digital, John Rosso oversees Business Development, Sales, and Marketing operations. In this role, John helps clients successfully execute their digital audio strategies through the provision of Triton’s innovative tools and services. Prior to joining Triton Digital, John held a number of positions in the broadcasting industry, most recently as President of Citadel Media, one of the largest commercial radio networks, where he directed all activities and achieved significant operational and financial performance improvement. John has also held senior roles in sales, affiliate marketing, and technology at the ABC Radio division of The Walt Disney Company. A frequent speaker on the topics of streaming audience measurement and ad technology, John is active in a wide array of broadcasting and digital media industry initiatives, and serves as a member of the board of directors of the Radio Advertising Bureau.

Micheline Sebbag leads the company's Human Resources function, elevating it through implementation of strategies that drive both business and cultural integration. With over 20 years of related experience, Micheline has provided Human Resources services to companies in retail and high technology industries. Previous to Triton Digital, she held leadership roles at Limited Brands Canada, Groupe Dynamite and Rolls-Royce Canada. She is known for her vision and ability to successfully develop and implement action plans to improve the company’s overall HR capacities. She is a Human Resources generalist with a strong knowledge in compensation and benefits, recruitment, human resources systems and employee relations.

Benjamin Masse is a recognized programmatic advertising technology and interactive applications pioneer with more than 15 years of experience. Over this period, Benjamin has established synergies between business stakeholders and software development teams, delivering consistently innovative products. As Managing Director, Market Development and Strategy at Triton Digital, Benjamin spearheads market development and identifies strategic partnerships across the globe, working to enhance and grow Triton’s international footprint. He also contributes to product strategy, prioritizing the roadmap according to market needs and requirements, both from the supply and demand-side. Benjamin holds a M.Sc. in Anthropology and Post-Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship and Management. As an accomplished musician, he fully appreciates the growing importance of connecting business, technology, and culture. Benjamin currently resides in London with his family.

A Certified System Information Auditor, Kuntz brings to Triton more than 10 years of digital advertising industry experience, having served as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at White Ops, a global leader in human verification technology and data integrity. Previously, Kuntz was Vice President of Audience Analytics at comScore, and Senior Manager of the Media and Entertainment Advisory Services at Ernst & Young.  A subject matter specialist in digital advertising and audience measurement, Kuntz has worked closely with the Media Rating Council, and has been actively involved in a number of committees and working groups such as the Interactive Advertising Bureau and Trustworthy Accountability Group. She specializes in identifying and implementing procedures to further enhance the digital industry's ability to produce effective, valid and reliable measurements.

Dedicated to audio for over 20 years, she’s been an advocate for driving engagement, educating teams on tools, trends and integrated solutions for 9 years at Triton Digital, and spent 13 years prior managing growth of non-traditional and digital revenue streams inside Top 20 market radio stations.

As SVP, Product and Technology, Alex works alongside product owners and developers to expand, enhance and continuously evolve Triton’s product offerings. Alex has worked in and with technology for more than 20 years, building his expertise in network and systems administration, support and pre-sales, as well as distributed systems engineering and software development. Prior to joining Triton Digital, Alex was both a mobile platform Engineer and Manager of new mobile services design and deployment for Tata Communications. Alex holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and resides in the suburbs of Montreal with his family.

Kristin Charron is Triton Digital’s Vice President of Marketing. In this role, she oversees global marketing operations inclusive of public relations, event management, sales support and advertising. Kristin’s career in digital began at Sony Pictures Studios where she worked in feature film editorial, after which she moved onto international television distribution. She later transitioned to Sony Network Entertainment where she played an integral role in the global launch of the PlayStation Video Store, managing the programming of film and television content across all distribution platforms. From Sony she transitioned to Marvel Entertainment, where she managed the digital distribution and marketing of Marvel’s film and television content before arriving at Triton Digital. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media Production from Northeastern University.

With his technical background and Masters degree in ethics, Hubert has an in-depth understanding of applications and platforms that harness the full potential of digital content, and is able to help corporations willing to reinvent themselves to harness the complexity of their domain. Adaptable, thoughtful and direct, Hubert is a team player known to quickly grasp the most diversified business environments, mastering all technological aspects of an undertaking.
