    Chief Executive Officer

    Neal Schore has over 22 years of media experience as a principal and operating executive and is the founding President and CEO of Triton Digital. Previously, Schore served as Managing Partner and CEO of Midway Marketing Group, LLC, a media advisory firm servicing the private equity community to build, expand, finance and manage media operations throughout the United States. Schore was also the founding President of Brite Media Group, among other entrepreneurial executive positions and is a member of the LA chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). Schore resides with his wife and three sons in the suburbs of Los Angeles, California.

    Mark Rosenbaum is a highly regarded financial and business executive with over twenty-four years of business and corporate finance experience, which has allowed him to gain expertise in all phases of company development. Prior to joining Triton Media Group in October 2011, Rosenbaum served as Chief Financial Officer at MySpace where he oversaw all finance and accounting operations. Before working at MySpace, Rosenbaum held c-level and senior management positions at several other companies, including Walt Disney Company, Twentieth Century Fox, SmartJog S.A., and Gemstar-TV Guide. Rosenbaum also served as a consultant to MGM. Rosenbaum holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from UC San Diego and received his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

    President, Market Development

    Appointed to this position in May of 2012, Rosso promotes internet audio platforms to marketers and advertising agencies, and spearheads efforts to grow the internet audio advertising industry. Previously, he served as President of Citadel Media Networks, one of the largest commercial radio networks in the United States. Under Rosso’s leadership, Citadel’s networks reached over 110 million weekly listeners. A recognized leader in the area of internet radio, Rosso served as Senior Vice President of Digital at Citadel Broadcasting, following Citadel’s purchase of ABC Radio from the Walt Disney Company, where he held a similar post. Previously, as ABC Radio Networks’ Senior Vice President, Affiliate Relations, Rosso directed all worldwide distribution activities for ABC’s products and services. Rosso joined ABC in 1995 as Vice president/General Manager, Operations. In this role he was responsible for all capital planning, project management, and technical operations of the company including: support for ABC News foreign and domestic coverage; production environments; and satellite distribution. In 1996, Rosso became a digital media pioneer by engineering some of the earliest live and on-demand audio streams on the internet with content from ABC. Prior to joining ABC, Rosso held a number of positions with other major broadcasters. His achievements in those roles include the launch of the New York Market’s first radio station web site in 1992. Rosso attended the State University of New York and lives in New York City with his wife and two children.

    Dominick Milano has been a partner in Triton Digital since its inception. Milano has spent the last decade evangelizing the need for local media's digital transformation and helping clients make that transition utilizing Triton's products and services. He has spent more than 30 years in the media industry, having previously served in an array of senior management positions at the Katz Media Group, Clear Channel, and Interep National Radio Sales. A graduate of New York University, Milano resides in New Jersey with his wife and three children.

    SVP, Measurement Development & Strategy

    With over two decades of technology leadership experience ranging from Fortune 500 companies to Silicon Valley based startups, Rob has crafted and delivered innovative solutions to enhance development, ensure operational stability and promote an environment of continual improvement within technology organizations. In 2009 as Senior Vice President of Technology at Ando Media, Rob led the efforts to redefine and implement modern streaming measurements including Average Active Sessions (AAS), Active Sessions (AS) and Session Starts (SS) within the context of the "one minute rule", moving away from the old five minute and quarter hour based measurements of traditional broadcast radio. Rob is currently the SVP, Measurement Development & Strategy, managing all aspects of streaming measurement, analytic standards, and product direction. He resides on the south shore of Boston, MA. with his wife and two sons.

    Kristin Charron

    VP, Marketing

    Kristin Charron is Triton Digital’s Vice President of Marketing. In this role, she oversees global marketing operations inclusive of public relations, event management, sales support and advertising. Kristin’s career in digital began at Sony Pictures Studios where she worked in feature film editorial, after which she moved onto international television distribution. She later transitioned to Sony Network Entertainment where she played an integral role in the global launch of the PlayStation Video Store, managing the programming of film and television content across all distribution platforms. From Sony she transitioned to Marvel Entertainment, where she managed the digital distribution and marketing of Marvel’s film and television content before arriving at Triton Digital. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media Production from Northeastern University.
