Main Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Build solid client relationships to establish long term agreements
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Solicit and sign new clients (radio broadcasters) in LATAM (Latin America)
- Achieve account business objectives and ensure growth and profitability
- Demonstrate and maintain positive and professional interpersonal relationships with clients and colleagues
- Demonstrate and maintain in-depth knowledge of Streaming products
- Show superior analytical and listening skills (internal/external clients)
- Take part in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program for client prospecting and management
- Meeting quarterly and annual objectives in terms of revenue and client satisfaction
- Maintain an excellent and thorough knowledge of our products and services as well as competitors
Required skills, knowledge and competencies:
- University diploma in business administration or equivalent
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales
- Excellent abilities for negotiation within Latin markets
- Autonomous
- A record of sustained sales success specifically in managing, cultivating, developing, closing and forecasting new and existing customer accounts
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and telephone presentation skills a must
- Position requires BA degree in a business or technical discipline
- Experience using Sales Force CRM software a plus
