  • Neal Schore

    Neal Schore

    Chief Executive Officer

    Neal Schore has over 20 years of media experience as a principal and operating executive and is the founding President and CEO of Triton Media Group. Previously Schore served as Managing Partner and CEO of Midway Marketing Group, LLC, a media advisory firm servicing the private equity community to build, expand, finance and manage media operations throughout the United States. Other Schore endeavors include serving as founding President of Brite Media Group, among other entrepreneurial executive positions. Schore received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with emphasis on Management, Marketing and Finance, from The Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. Schore is a member of the Los Angeles chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and the recipient of E&Y’s 2011 Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Greater Los Angeles. Schore resides with his wife and three sons in the suburbs of Los Angeles, California.

  • Mike Agovino

    Mike Agovino

    Chief Operating Officer

    Mike Agovino co-founded Triton in 2006 following more than 20 years of executive experience in the radio industry. Mike's previous experience includes 18 years of service at Katz Media, where he rose to become President of Katz Radio and Katz Interactive. Following his time at Katz, he became the COO of Clear Channel Radio Sales. Agovino has operated at the intersection of radio and new media for over a decade and is a recognized leader in the industry for the sales and marketing of on-air/online integration.

  • Dominick Milano

    Dominick Milano

    President of Publisher Development

    Dominick Milano has been a partner in Triton Digital since its inception. Milano has spent the last five years evangelizing the need for local media's digital transformation and helping clients make that transition utilizing Triton's products and services. He has spent more than 25 years in the media industry, having previously served in an array of senior management positions at the Katz Media Group, Clear Channel, and Interep National Radio Sales. A graduate of New York University, Milano resides in New Jersey with his wife and three children.

  • Francis Champoux

    Francis Champoux

    Executive Vice President, Operations

    Francis Champoux leads the company’s Professional Services Department, taking on challenges that fall outside the purview of other areas. Champoux is an engineer by training, beginning his career as an emergency preparedness consultant at a Hydro-Québec nuclear power plant. He has previously served in an array of senior management positions at Cesart, a Bell Canada company, and Gesca, a Power Corporation company. Champoux holds a degree in engineering from Ecole d’ingénierie de Trois-Rivières.

  • Jean-François Gadoury

    Jean-François Gadoury

    Chief Technology Officer

    Jean-François Gadoury is a computer and networking expert with extensive software, hardware, and networking experience. As Chief Technology Officer, he helps members of Triton's technical staff understand the business issues that the growing company faces, at the same time that he helps business staff comprehend the impact of technological decisions. He is also pleased to play a role in the company's ongoing ability to listen to its clients, understand their requirements, and implement solutions that fulfill those needs. Gadoury began his career as a programmer analyst and consultant for Cesart International, a Bell Canada company, where he was involved in VOIP and fax over IP, among other technologies. He later went on to work at Tata Communications (Formely Teleglobe), Atlas Telecom Mobile, and CESCOM Inc.

  • John Rosso

    John Rosso

    President of Market Development

    Appointed to this position in May of 2012, Rosso promotes internet audio platforms to marketers and advertising agencies, and spearheads efforts to grow the internet audio advertising industry. Previously, he served as President of Citadel Media Networks, one of the largest commercial radio networks in the United States. Under Rosso’s leadership, Citadel’s networks reached over 110 million weekly listeners. A recognized leader in the area of internet radio, Rosso served as Senior Vice President of Digital at Citadel Broadcasting, following Citadel’s purchase of ABC Radio from the Walt Disney Company, where he held a similar post. Previously, as ABC Radio Networks’ Senior Vice President, Affiliate Relations, Rosso directed all worldwide distribution activities for ABC’s products and services. Rosso joined ABC in 1995 as Vice president/General Manager, Operations. In this role he was responsible for all capital planning, project management, and technical operations of the company including: support for ABC News foreign and domestic coverage; production environments; and satellite distribution. In 1996, Rosso became a digital media pioneer by engineering some of the earliest live and on-demand audio streams on the internet with content from ABC. Prior to joining ABC, Rosso held a number of positions with other major broadcasters. His achievements in those roles include the launch of the New York Market’s first radio station web site in 1992. Rosso attended the State University of New York and lives in New York City with his wife and two children.

  • Mark Henry

    Mark Henry

    Executive Vice President, Operations

    Mark Henry has over 13 years experience in technology and marketing. Prior to joining Triton, Mark was a founder and COO of Enticent, a leading SaaS provider of loyalty marketing and audience relationship management tools for media companies. He has also held executive positions with Shaw Industries, where he was highly involved with Lean Manufacturing, Total Quality Management, and Supply Chain Management methodologies and USA Payment Solutions as a senior sales executive. Mark holds a bachelors degree from Georgia Tech. He currently resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife, Laurie and two children.

  • Mark Rosenbaum

    Mark Rosenbaum

    Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

    Mark Rosenbaum is a highly regarded financial and business executive with over 24 years of business and corporate finance experience, which has allowed him to gain expertise in all phases of company development. Prior to joining Triton Media Group in October 2011, Rosenbaum served as Chief Financial Officer at MySpace where he oversaw all finance and accounting operations. Before working at MySpace, Rosenbaum held c-level and senior management positions at several other companies, including Walt Disney Company, Twentieth Century Fox, SmartJog S.A., and Gemstar-TV Guide. Rosenbaum also served as a consultant to MGM. Rosenbaum holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from UC San Diego and received his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

    Vice President, Strategic Services

    Mike Walter is a 18 year media industry veteran having previously worked at The Katz Media Group, Clear Channel, and Interep National Radio. Much of his time at these companies was spent as Director of Research for various divisions, working with stations on their national sales strategies.

  • Mike Reznick

    Mike Reznick

    Senior Vice President, Digital Sales

    Mike Reznick has over 20 years of experience in the broadcast and digital audio industries and has held several senior management positions. Prior to joining Triton, Reznick was the EVP of Sales & Sales Operations at Metro Traffic, a division of Westwood One. While there, Reznick oversaw the company’s traffic sponsorship business, both on air and online. Before joining Metro Traffic, he was the Executive Director of Sales for Soundbreak.com, one of the industry’s first live streaming publishers. Reznick’s career began in the Los Angeles radio market with Disney and CBS Radio. Reznick graduated from UCLA and resides in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.

    Chief Strategy Officer

    In a career spanning twenty years, Patrick Reynolds has covered the marketing spectrum. Having spent time in multiple top-tier advertising agencies (holding business, media, and creative leadership positions), he has led hyper-local targeted campaigns, groundbreaking global campaigns, and everything in between. In addition to advertising, Reynolds has been a marketing generalist with CMO stints at Tweeter Home Entertainment Group, Ando Media, and now at Triton Digital Media. A graduate of St. Bonaventure University, he resides in Boston with his wife and two children.
