Triton Digital is looking for a permanent Senior .NET Web Developer to join its team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysis, design and production of new functionalities and interfaces of the advertising and measurement platform of the company, developed in ASP 4.0, ASP .Net with a SQL Server backend. The candidate will also participate in the development efforts of the audio and video streaming services developed in C#.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and evolution of existing systems developed in ASP 4.0 and ASP .Net with a SQL Server backend.
• Analyze system architecture proposed by the architect of a given project and preparing the documentation required to implement the solution according to the methodology in place.
• Implement the changes and the new code required.
• Teamwork and participate in code reviews and the efforts of group reflection.
• Perform unit tests (in development phase) and correct the faults listed (in the phase of quality assurance).
• Provide support to the operations team and document deployment instructions to ensure a smooth transition to the phase of production.
• Implement ways to make the team and participate in process improvement in place.
• Develop the necessary functional specification of components involved.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Six years of experience in developing client-server and web applications with a SQL Server backend.
• Excellent knowledge of the following Microsoft technologies:
  • ASP.net and ASP 4.0
  • SQL Server 2000 and stored procedures
  • SQL
  • C#
  • WPF
• Excellent knowledge of development practices including:
  • Unit tests (such as with NUnit, Rhino Mocks and others)
  • UML basic concepts (communication diagrams, classes, sequence)
  • Object oriented design
  • Design patterns (especially Dependency Injection and Inversion of Control)
  • Code review, automated build, continuous integration
  • Iterative development, estimation of effort of implementation of tasks and risk assessment
