Job Description

Triton Digital's Applications and Services Division specializes in software applications that create audience engagement and revenue for the media industry. Our suite of offerings includes best-in-class digital services such as content management systems (CMS), SMS marketing tools, digital content, daily-deals programs, and audience relationship management tools such as member loyalty programs, user-generated-content (UGC) contesting, consumer research tools, world-class e-mail marketing, and much more. As a sales executive, you will work to proactively prospect, qualify, grow, and maintain business via these offerings within an account list of select media companies.

Success in this role will require a combination of business leadership, strategic selling, analytical problem solving, deep product knowledge, and an ability to manage long-term sales cycles with multiple points of influence. An entrepreneurial desire to achieve sales goals and help build new business is a must. Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect, qualify, grow, and maintain business within an account list of select media companies.
  • Manage key corporate relationships with influencers at some of the world’s largest media companies.
  • Make in-person or web-based product presentations.
  • Meet or exceed established sales budget.
  • Engage in continuous learning to be a product expert in both Triton products as well as competitive offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree. Business schooling a plus.
  • 3-5+ years selling software or interactive services. Experience selling CMS and/or audience relationship tools desirable.
  • Strong strategic selling skills and prospecting skills.
  • Demonstrable success of achieving sales quotas.
  • Must be a heavy consumer and user of new media, social media, and related technologies.
  • Aptitude to persuade and influence others.
  • Strong MS Office skills, plus experience using CRM software (preferably SalesForce.com).
  • Positive attitude plus strong interpersonal, emotional intelligence (EQ), and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% of time and must hold a valid U.S. driver's license.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
